Real Estate Roadmap

Real Estate Roadmap is my YouTube channel where I talk about what I'm learning from real estate, property management, and mobile home parks. I started it because I grew up around my family’s mobile home park business, and I wanted a place to organize my thoughts, ask better questions, and explain the things I was seeing in real life.

A lot of my videos focus on the parts of real estate that people do not always see from the outside. I talk about property ownership, tenant relationships, financing, accounting, market analysis, and what it actually takes to operate mobile home communities. Making these videos has helped me understand that real estate is not just about buying property. It's also about people, maintenance, long-term planning, and making decisions that affect real communities.

 

The channel has also become a way for me to connect my personal experiences with bigger economic questions. Working around mobile home parks has made me think more about housing affordability.  Why it's hard to find, build and preserve, and also how ownership helps create financial stability for families. These are questions I want to keep studying.

So far, I have made over 40 videos and reached over 6,000 total views. More than the numbers though, I like that the channel shows my learning process. I am not trying to act like I already know everything. I am using Real Estate Roadmap to learn out loud, share what I notice, and keep building my understanding of real estate management.
