Although the numbers are important, in the end, the thing that will truly makes the numbers work, is how people are treated.
I grew up around my family's manufactured housing business, where the numbers of a property and the people who live in it were always intimately connected. I have come to love both sides of the business. I love how numbers can give clear quantifiable answers and analysis. But I also love the people, who give meaning and purpose to those numbers. Analyzing and calculating numbers fulfills my head. Serving people fulfills my heart. I want to create businesses involving real estate and service that are not only financially sound, but also make people feel seen, respected, and cared for.
